Relay 2011

It was our 7th year doing Relay for Life and it continues to be an event that is worthwhile AND we enjoy it! Thank you to all who supported our team.....we raised over $10,000 for the American Cancer Society. The kids love that we all get to wear matching team shirts. Jake and I camped out (Brian was home with the new puppy and Mia!), which really was a lot of fun....but it cracks me up when we drive by Pleasanton Middle School other times during the year and he yells "Mommy, there's our camp site!". I can cross "camping" off the list for summer to-do's and he's just as happy to do it there vs. a REAL camp site! Grammie and Gramps were even there with Team Alex this year.

Team Super Jake 2011.....we've grown.

Grammie and her student, Alex.

Baseball kept the kids busy!

Can't be out in the dark without our glow necklaces and bracelets~!  You can't really see them in the pic, but I think he had a dozen of them on.

A spray bottle of water kept them busy for hours.....literally.

Our cotton candy sales team.

My camping buddy.
